Our Mandate is Three-Fold

To act as a catalyst for positive development that will support and accelerate the City of Surrey’s social, cultural, community, economic and environmental objectives.

To generate revenue through its real estate activity including building an income producing
real estate portfolio. -
To provide strategic real estate advice in support of the City of Surrey’s vision for redeveloping areas of the City including the best use of surplus City-owned lands.
SCDC Vision
In the next ten years SCDC will undertake ten significantly scaled and catalytic projects that will positively impact the City financially, socially, economically, environmentally and physically.
