SCDC assisted in providing development management services for the design and construction of the Surrey City Hall, which is a major component of the City’s vision to create a vibrant, active, pedestrian-friendly City Centre.
To further facilitate development in this central area, SCDC has partnered with Century Group and Delta West Developments in the prestigious 3 Civic Plaza project which will provide much-needed business, entertainment, and social spaces – while also serving as a key focus for public transit. Further exploration on developing the area around Surrey City Centre is underway.
