SCDC assisted in providing development management services for the design and construction of the Surrey City Hall, which is a major component of the City’s vision to create a vibrant, active, pedestrian-friendly City Centre core.
To further facilitate development in this central area, SCDC partnered with Century Group and Delta West Developments in the prestigious 3 Civic Plaza project which provides much-needed business, hospitality, entertainment, and social spaces – while also serving as a key focus for public transit.
Discussions are underway on several other exciting additional developments that will further position the City Centre as Metro Vancouver’s second downtown.
