In addition to leading the process to bring new industrial development into Surrey, SCDC became involved with Campbell Heights North as a way to create opportunities for new jobs and economic growth for the City of Surrey. SCDC has undertaken zoning, subdivision, and servicing of this 250‑acre business park in Campbell Heights.

Colliers International has been retained to market the project. Industrial lots from Phases 1-4 are now 100% sold, with buildings commencing construction. The majority of land sales have been to owner-occupiers who are seeking to either expand their business and/or realize the benefits of relocating to this strategic location. Sales for lots within Phase 5 are underway, with over 80% of Phase 5 already sold.
