3 Civic Plaza was a successful partnership between SCDC, Century Group, and Delta West Developments to build a major mixed‑use building within the heart of the new Surrey City Centre. This building, the tallest south of the Fraser River, provides much-needed business, entertainment, and social functionality towards a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly core.

This landmark is not only a 52-storey residential tower – it brings worldwide citizens and businesspeople through the Marriott Autograph Collection Civic Hotel, students through the prestigious Kwantlen Polytechnic University in the office space, and citizens of Surrey and the Lower Mainland through easy transit access as well as exciting social events in the Civic Plaza hub.
